In 1993 the company began manufacturing the highly efficient and modern Danstoker Boilers under license from Volund Danstoker A/S of Denmark, at its new 94,000 sq.ft. factory in Rawang, Selangor. The factory is fully equipped with modern equipment, including the latest Plate Rollers, Automatic Welding Machines and 30 Tonnes Overhead Cranes.

Currently ENCO has a workforce of 80 full-time staff, comprising of professionals, highly skilled and semi-skilled workers, and with an approximate similar number of equally qualified contract workers executing site installation works.

NATURE OF BUSINESS 

ENCO's core business is in the manufacture and installation of Boiler Systems for all sectors of industry requiring process heating, including the Food, Chemicals, Automotive, Rubber, Textiles, Hotels, Hospitals, Palm Oil, Wood Industries and many others.
ENCO's other principal products/activities includes : 

• Water Treatment Plants under license from l0gen Kruger, including Thermal Deaerators
• Hot Water Calorifiers
• Pressure Vessels for the Process Industry
• Steam and Hot Water Reticulation System in Buildings
• Timber Chemical Impregnation and Kiln Drying Systems

THE COMPANY'S BUSINESS STRATEGY

The company is targeting a market niche in supplying Modern Boiler Systems which are Energy Efficient and Environmental-Friendly in design.

Apart from the Modern Packaged Boilers, ENCO has also teamed-up with reknown Danish Companies for the manufacture of Fully-Automatic Boiler Systems utilizing Biomass Fuel such as Palm Fibres and Wood-Waste for the Palm Oil Mills and Wood Industry. These boiler systems ensure the minimum dust paniculate emissions, which is well below the current DOE requirements with no black smoke.

In synergy with ENCO's mission of becoming the supplier of Energy Efficient and Environmental-Friendly Boiler Systems, the company is also working with Environmental Air Filtration Limited of the United Kingdom, for the supply and installation of Flue Gas Cleaning Filter Systems.

The ever-increasing demand of modern industry for higher efficiency boilers, and the demands of society for a cleaner environment, will correspondingly increase the demand for ENCO's Energy Efficient and Environmentally-Friendly Boiler Systems.

The country's depleting fossil fuel reserves will inadvertently impose the use of Renewable Fuels such as Palm Fibres, Wood-Waste and other Biomass Fuels for the production of Electrical Energy in the near future. ENCO in partnership with reknown Danish company Ansaldo Volund A/S, already has the capability to manufacture and install Turnkey Co-generation Plants utilizing Biomass Fuels.
